Robin Silvester
BDS (Lond) LDS RCS (Eng) established the practice from scratch in 1991 and opened in 1992 being probably the first high street surgery in Marylebone. Studied at the London Hospital and apart from a couple of years in NE London and at Guy’s Hospital has been working in the West End ever since qualification. Highly experienced general dentist and over the last 10 years has incorporated implant an orthodontics treatments within the practice.

Fernando Vieira
Fernando Vieira DDs MSc (Endo) joined the practice in January 2016 and has proven to be a popular practitioner. As well as carrying out general dentistry he has a special interest almost a passion in Endodontics. Despite (or because of) the arrival of a son his love of watching football and riding his motorbike has not diminished in any way.

Ali A Latif
Ali Abdel Latif BDS MFDS MSc qualified in 1998 is our implantologist – completed his MSc in dental implantology in 2005 from Guy’s. Ali carries out implant placement and bone augmentation surgery. This treatment has quite revolutionised dentistry over the last few years. Ali also teaches in advanced bone and soft tissue grafting courses.

Alessandro Lamira
Alessandro Lamira BDS (Unaerp) has been part of Marylebone Dental Practice since 2007. He qualified in Sao Paulo, Brazil 1998 where he gained a masters in periodontology. He was a clinical lecturer from 2008 until 2013 at Guys Hospital and is about to complete a PhD in endodontics. Alessandro’s area of interest covers General and Cosmetic dentistry includes periodontal, endodontics and Invisalign treatments. Alessandro’s laid back attitude continues to impress as well as his ability to regularly fly to Brazil for a weekend.

Maria Nirlen
Maria Nirlen hygienist completed a University degree in Dental Hygiene at Umea University, Sweden 2000. Maria worked in Stockholm for 8 years and then moved to London and has been working at Marylebone Dental since January 2011. Maria is a great motivator and continues to impress her patients with her successful treatment outcomes and happy disposition. Further certification also allows Maria to carry out tooth whitening procedures. Unlike most Swedes she’s not too good at assembling flat packs or making meatballs.
